The second annual St. Louis Regional Business Plan Competition launched Tuesday, January 18, 2011. The contest is being held to promote entrepreneurship and the development of startup and early-stage companies in the St. Louis region.
Prizes: $100,000 in cash prizes; First place is $50,000 and 90 hours of in-kind legal, marketing and accounting services. Second place is $30,000 and 75 hours of services. Third place is $20,000 and 60 hours of services.
Deadline: Round 1 - March 1, 2011.
