Plan to transform Jefferson Barracks unveiled

(KMOV) - News 4 caught up with Congressman Russ Carnahan at Jefferson Barracks where he helped unveil an ambitious plan to improve the facility.

The 20 year proposal would transform Jefferson Barracks into a military themed tourist destination.

The plan calls for a combination of public and private funding to create a museum district.
