County Executive Charlie A. Dooley will be traveling to Washington, D.C. today to present testimony before Congress on behalf of International Economic Development Council (IEDC). His testimony will include local case studies and the importance of the IEDC and Economic Development Agency (EDA) in continuing to provide funding for projects that create economic development and jobs in our region. Dooley will be asking Congress to reauthorize $500 million dollars in EDA funds.
