St. Louis County Executive Charlie Dooley testifies before Congress

St. Louis County Executive Charlie Dooley traveled to Washington D.C. on Thursday to address Congress about the recent American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
Dooley, testifying on behalf of the International Economic Development Council, spoke to Congress about the positive impact recovery dollars have had on St. Louis and to request additional funding for the Economic Development Administration (EDA).
