TRADE GROUP PLANS BEIJING OFFICE The Midwest China Hub Commission said Tuesday that it will open an office in Beijing to work on developing a St. Louis hub for air cargo between China and the Midwest. The office will focus on administration and research for the commission, which is leading the yearlong effort to build the hub. A group of local officials visited Beijing last month in the latest round of talks around the project, and decided to open an office there. (Tim Logan)
