Express Scripts opens new UMSL headquarters
From the St. Louis Business Journal 06/08/07Express Scripts Inc. officially opened its new corporate headquarters building at the University of Missouri-St. Louis during a ribbon cutting ceremony Friday.
Express Scripts announced in September 2005 that it would build its new corporate headquarters on the UM-St. Louis campus.
In attendance for the ceremony was Express Scripts Chairman and CEO George Paz, Missouri Gov. Matt Blunt, Congressman Lacy Clay, St. Louis County Executive Charlie Dooley and UMSL Chancellor Thomas George.
Northpark Partners ESA LLC sold Express Scripts' new building Monday to Santa Ana, Calif.-based Triple Net Properties LLC. The building, located at 8555 University Place on about 13 acres, is a three-story, 315,000-square-foot office building.
St. Louis-based Express Scripts Inc. (Nasdaq: ESRX) is one of the largest pharmacy benefit managers in the country.
