New research park to open in St. Louis County

CREVE COEUR -- Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon will help open a new science and technology research park in St. Louis County.
A ceremony will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday to mark the beginning of the Bio-Research and Development Growth Park in Creve Coeur. It will be on the same campus as the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center. The research park is expected to generate 350 permanent jobs.
Nixon will talk about Missouri's need to embrace science and technologies of the future. He'll also discuss his work to attract high-tech employers to the state.
