What will it take to save the Jamestown Mall?

A design company in Florida has some big plans for the struggling Jamestown Mall.
There is no funding available to transform the mall, which still features a Macy's and JC Penny. New stores were added about a month ago, but most of the stores belong to local businesses.
The company has experience transforming malls and showed off pictures of what they have planned to North County residents, who got to add their two cents at a meeting today.
People in the crowd wanted more national retailers to return. The Florida company said they were thinking of making the Jamestown Mall an urban lifestyle center to mixed reviews.
