Kevin Potter creates job opportunities with NewPOT

Sometimes, stirring the pot can lead to great things. Especially when it creates employment opportunities.

Former Missouri Tigers defensive standout Kevin Potter is founder and president of NewPOT Solutions, Inc., which provides digital video surveillance systems to private companies and public organizations.

While it is not the only firm of its kind in the region, Potter's approach to employment is somewhat unique.

Much of his workforce is comprised of individuals who have limited employment options.
