The St. Louis County Economic Council recognized the following: Leinco Technologies Inc., with the Outstanding Entrepreneur Award; Panera Bread Co., with the Business Expansion Award; Divergence Inc., with the Dr. William D. Phillips Technology Award; Metro, with the Buzz Westfall Regional Cooperation Award; National Archives and Records Administration, General Services Administration and The Molasky Group of Cos., with the Community Partnership Award; and Sen. Christopher S. Bond, R-Mo., with a special tribute for his public service.
