River City Casino plans $82 million expansion

River City Casino in Lemay has announced plans for a major expansion that will bring new jobs to the area.
The $82 million expansion will add a 200 room hotel, a multi-purpose event center and a parking structure.
Construction begins early next year and is expected to be completed by the end of 2013.
Casino officials said the plan will create 100 permanent jobs and 350 construction jobs.
