Scottrade to open more branches

Scottrade Inc. plans to open another Florida branch Monday in Lake Mary.
The new office, at 1210 S. International Parkway, will be managed by Nick Maratta. Maratta recently served as branch manager at Scottrade's downtown Orlando office.
Once the new Lake Mary, Fla., office opens Monday, the company will have 38 offices in Florida.
Scottrade also plans to open a new office in Cincinnati on Monday and another branch in Augusta, Ga., on Sept. 28.
St. Louis-based Scottrade received preliminary approval Tuesday for up to $2.5 million in tax credits to support an expansion in St. Louis County.
The online investment firm has more than 425 branches nationwide and revenue of $782 million in 2008.
