Edward Jones will be cutting the ribbon Monday on a new building in Maryland Heights, phase two of a three-step expansion there for the growing brokerage firm.
Managing partner Jim Weddle, St. Louis County Executive Charlie Dooley and Maryland Heights Mayor Mike Moeller will officially open the nine story, 372,000 square-foot building with a dedication ceremony. Edward Jones will also "announce its commitment to add a significant number of new jobs," according to a press release.
It opened its first building on the site last fall, and has another one planned. When Edward Jones received approval and state incentives for the three-building, $260 million campus, the company said it would create 500 new jobs there over the next five years.
