Beth D’Agostino is the South County Sector Specialist in Real Estate and Community Development. She is responsible for overseeing the redevelopment activities of the CEC within South County. North County Sector Specialist

Daryl Cothran is the North County Sector Specialist in Real Estate and Community Development. He is responsible for overseeing the redevelopment activities of the SLCEC in North County area or project-based area. Daryl focuses on relationships with municipalities and other government, non-profit and private organizations engaging in projects in the North County area that have a potential regional impact. He coordinates and participates in meetings with municipal officials, staff and residents to develop projects and secure the required approvals. Daryl functions as a SLCEC agency contact for developers, funding sources, municipalities and others, serving as community liaison of the SLCEC and St. Louis County Departments on project related matters.
