Since its inception in 1984, SLCEC's Real Estate & Community Development Division
has spearheaded, partnered on or managed over 50 major real estate and community revitalization initiatives. The division's redevelopment professionals have facilitated the revitalization of over 500 acres of abandoned or underutilized property.
