Michael Zambrana has over 20 years of experience in the engineering and construction fields. Projects under his direction have included facilities, civil works, and environmental projects. His strong safety and contracts background has overseen construction and operation projects since the company's inception in 1994. Mr. Zambrana's experience in large-scale, concept-to-completion projects has allowed Pangea to experience managed growth safely and profitably. As president and founder of Pangea, Inc., Mr. Zambrana oversees all heavy construction and engineering projects in both management and ownership roles. Creating relationships and partnerships with various clients is a full-time challenge. As the corporate executive, all project managers report to him.

Arl Altman has more than 27 years of engineering and construction industry experience. As an overall program manager and single point of contact, Mr. Altman's oversight responsibilities have included: resource identification/allocation, program mobilization, tracking program progress and cost control, subcontractor management, client coordination with the EPA and state/local regulatory agencies, using management information systems to control budgets/schedule, quality control, negotiating contracts requiring government DCAA audits, and others. As vice president, he has full access and authority to commit resources and represent the company contractually. Mr. Altman also assists the business development efforts for Pangea.

Daniel Hoffman has over 24 years of experience in environmental and health and safety programs. He has extensive regulatory knowledge and experience in managing EH&S programs on active HTRW remedial action sites involving a wide variety of contaminants and remediation technologies. Mr. Hoffman serves as the senior company officer responsible for environmental compliance, industrial and construction safety, industrial hygiene, and health physics/radiation protection programs. His responsibilities include management and oversight of multiple contracts involving environmental monitoring, laboratory analysis, operational safety, health physics and industrial hygiene support, EH&S training, construction operations, and environmental remediation/treatment of chemical and radiological wastes. Mr. Hoffman also serves in a business development capacity, working with multiple private and governmental clients in the St. Louis area and in other midwestern states.
