Elsevier, a global publisher of science and health information, is relocating to a new 146,000-square-foot office building in Maryland Heights. Elsevier plans to consolidate 600 employees into the new facility and add an estimated 100 new jobs throughout the duration of the project. The $20 million, three-story building will sit on 11 acres within Riverport Business Park, along I-70 at Earth City Expressway. The Class A office building will include a cafeteria, efficient 48,000-square-foot floor plates and more than 825 parking spaces. It is set for completion summer 2009.
