Jamestown Mall Study

St. Louis County Executive Charlie A. Dooley has made it a priority to reach out to the north St. Louis County community to address the challenges surrounding Jamestown Mall in unincorporated St. Louis County. In doing so, we have started the process, which includes a comprehensive study and extensive public input to create and ultimately implement a viable master plan.

The process began September 2009, when nine Urban Land Institute experts interviewed approximately 100 residents, businesses and other stakeholders as part of the initial evaluation process. July 2010, Dover, Kohl & Partners, an urban design firm specializing in master plans, began the design phase, which included a series of public engagement meetings.
