Lambert Airport Eastern Perimeter Joint Development Commission

The purpose of the Lambert Airport Eastern Perimeter Joint Development Commission is to coordinate, plan, oversee, construct, improve, finance, operate, maintain, and contract for the overall development of the NorthPark development area in accordance with the Lambert Airport Eastern Perimeter Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Redevelopment Plan.
