National Personnel Records Center
November 2009, The Molasky Group of Companies closed on the land purchase for one of St. Louis County's most complex projects, a $115 million, high-performance records center for National Archives and Records Administration (NARA). The largest national archives facility outside of the greater Washington, D.C. area is now located at 1829 Dunn Road.
The first phase of the project was completed fall of 2011 and will retain 800 jobs. NARA is a central repository of personnel-related records for both military and civil service employees.
