Panera Bread
In 2010, Panera Bread, the popular bakery-café chain, announced it will move its headquarters to Sunset Hills as result of Panera outgrowing its existing offices in Richmond Heights and Brentwood. The larger facility brings all headquarter employees together and makes room for the company's growth plans.
Panera's new headquarters, which was formerly occupied by Anheuser Busch's packaging division, will occupy nearly 90,000 square feet and employ approximately 300 employees. Over the next five years, the company intends to create 200 jobs.
