St. Louis County Economic Council maintains an open request for qualifications (RFQ) for consulting and other professional services for various projects initiated in 2010. The Economic Council is seeking qualifications from firms with expertise in the categories set forth in the attached document.

Final Call for Qualifications for Chrysler/Fenton Project:
St. Louis County Economic Council is issuing a final call for qualifications from developers and/or consultants wishing to be considered for the Chrysler/Fenton Adaptive Reuse Study, which is being coordinated by the Economic Council and funded by the Economic Development Agency (EDA) and Missouri's Community Development Block Grant program.
Individuals and companies that have previously submitted letters of qualifications in response to the Economic Council's annual RFQ for Consulting Services (above) since January 2010 are deemed to have met this RFQ submission requirement and will be fully considered for this project. However, new submissions (or supplements to prior submissions based on the supplemental information set forth below) will be accepted until 5 p.m., Thuesday, August 3, 2010.
