Sector Specialists

The Real Estate and Community Development Division employs professionals who serve as development liaisons within their designated sectors.They work to identify possible projects and underutilized sites with development potential and coordinate the development efforts with other agencies and organizations within the community. In addition, sector specialists focus on developing and strengthening relationships in both incorporated and unincorporated areas of St. Louis County.
