North County Incorporated - Business Development in North County
Express Scripts was awarded a business development award for its positive impact on the economic development and business climate of the North County area. The company's $74 million, 12-acre expansion will create approximately 270 quality jobs.

North County Incorporated - Business Development in North County
NARA was awarded a business development award for its positive impact on the economic development and business climate of the North County area. The project will retain 800 jobs, create over 2,800 full-time jobs in connection with construction and infrastructure improvements and have an approximate $430 million economic impact on the local economy.

Winning Women - Women Influencing Now...Regional Economic Development Award
Sheila Sweeney, St. Louis County Economic Council's board president, was recognized for making an impact in promoting women in business, education, government, and health initiatives to advance regional economic growth.
March 2010 Jefferson Barracks Master Plan
American Planning Association - St. Louis Metro Section
The Jefferson Barracks Master Plan was recognized by the American Planning Association in the category Outstanding Planning Award for a Plan for representing significant advancement of planning in the St. Louis region. St. Louis County Economic Council commissioned Woolpert Inc. to prepare the master plan.
