Spirit of St. Louis Corporate Center
Duke Realty and Gundaker Commercial Group have partnered to redevelop the former Adult Correctional Institution site located near the Spirit of St. Louis Airport in Chesterfield Valley. Site development is under way with construction scheduled for completion mid-2009.
The 32-acre redevelopment includes two Class A office buildings totaling 221,000 square feet, of which 50,000 square feet is designated for retail. It also includes five outparcles totaling nearly eight acres with an additional acre adjacent to St. Louis County Economic Council's (SLCEC) Enterprise Center, which was donated to SLCEC to enhance the property.
