Since 1984, the Real Estate and Community Development Division has spearheaded, partnered with or managed over 50 major real estate and community revitalization initiatives.
Our professional team has facilitated the revitalization of more than 750 acres of abandoned or underutilized properties, which has directly contributed to the creation or retention of over 10,000 jobs and more than $5.7 billion in revenue.
